Derek Vanstone

Derek began his career at the University of Wisconsin-Madison by studying Biological Systems Engineering with an Emphasis in Food Processing. Shortly after graduating, Derek helped design and build brewing and beverage manufacturing facilities across North America, Europe, South America, and Asia. Derek has since expanded his experience to Beverage, Food, and Pharma in over 50 facilities from the size of a one car garage to large Fortune 500 industrial operations. He currently holds a Six Sigma Black Belt, NSF Sanitary Design Cert., NSF Facility Design Cert., and 3-A Sanitary Design Cert.
